Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Moneyscope! These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the terms and conditions that apply to your access and use of all Moneyscope products and services (together, the “Service”), and that are made available through our websites including but not limited to www.moneyscope.ai, as well as through certain downloadable mobile applications (such websites or mobile applications, the “Site”).
In the Terms, “Moneyscope,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means Ubicross LLC and “you” refers to the individual using the Service and, if such individual is using the Services on behalf of an entity or organization, then such entity or organization (and each of your successors and assigns).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Your use of the Service indicates your acceptance of these Terms, and our Privacy Policy is included by reference. If you disagree with these Terms or the Privacy Policy, please do not use the Service. Access to the Service is prohibited if you do not agree, and you must stop using it immediately.
The information provided on the Service is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country.
Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the Service from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
The Service is not tailored to comply with industry-specific regulations (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA), etc.), so if your interactions would be subjected to such laws, you may not use this Service. You may not use the Service in a way that would violate the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA).
Registration and Account Security
To use the Service you must (i) be at least eighteen (18) years of age; (ii) have not previously been suspended or removed from the Service; and (iii) register for and use the Service in compliance with any and all applicable laws and regulations.
Account Registration
To access some features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. When you register, we may ask for identifying information, including your email address and other contact information, and ask you to create a user name and password (“Registration Information”). You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information.
You also agree not to impersonate anyone, misrepresent any affiliation, use false information, or otherwise conceal your identity from Moneyscope for any purpose.
You Are Responsible For Your Account
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your password and other Registration Information. Please do not share it. If you do, we will consider the other person’s activities to have been authorized by you.

Prohibited Activities
When using the Service, you are expected to adhere to guidelines that include, but are not limited to, the following restrictions:
- Compliance with Laws: Do not use the Service in a way that violates local, national, or international laws and regulations, including those concerning data or software exports.
- Protection of Minors: Do not use the Service to harm or exploit minors, expose them to inappropriate content, request personally identifiable information, or engage in harmful activities.
- Content Standards: Do not upload, download, or share material that does not meet the content standards in these Terms.
- Unsolicited Content: Do not transmit or solicit unsolicited advertising or promotional material, junk mail, chain letters, or spam.
- Disruptive Conduct: Do not restrict or hinder others from using the Service or act in a way that could harm Moneyscope, other users, or expose them to liability.
Additionally, you are prohibited from:
- Sharing or disclosing your login or passwords and otherwise putting personal information at unnecessary risk.
- Disabling, overloading, damaging, or impairing the Service or disrupting other users’ experience.
- Using automated methods such as robots or spiders to access the Service, including to monitor or copy materials.
- Using manual methods to monitor or copy Service materials for unauthorized purposes without prior written consent.
- Using devices, software, or routines that interfere with the Service.
- Introducing viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other malicious materials.
- Attempting unauthorized access to, interference with, or disruption of the Service or connected servers, computers, or databases.
- Otherwise attempting to interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.
Privacy and Data Protection
All information we collect on this Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to all actions taken by us with respect to your information in compliance with the Privacy Policy.

Reliance on Information Posted
Some Services involve advice from third-parties and third-party content. Such advice and content is provided for informational, educational, or entertainment purposes only and is not legal, financial, tax planning, medical, or other advice from Moneyscope. Moneyscope is not liable for advice provided by third-parties.
You are responsible for your own financial research and decisions. Moneyscope is not responsible or liable for decisions or actions you take or authorize third-parties to take based on information received through the Service.
Sharing Information With Third-Parties
To use some Services, you may need to provide third-parties with credit card numbers, bank account numbers, or other sensitive financial information, such as investments, income, expenses, investable assets, or risk tolerance. Moneyscope or its subcontractors may collect, store, and transfer this information on your behalf and at your sole request.

Moneyscope has not reviewed and is not responsible for their content, advertising, products, services, legality, accuracy, or appropriateness, or for damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by their use.

Intellectual Property and User Content
The Service and its contents, features, and functionality—including information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, and their design, selection, and arrangement—are owned by Moneyscope, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
The Moneyscope name, logo, and related branding are trademarks or service marks claimed by Ubicross LLC. Other names, logos, product names, and brands appearing through the Service belong to their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to use the Moneyscope branding without our prior written permission.
These Terms permit personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or perform, republish, download, store, or transmit Service materials without express written permission.
Unauthorized use may terminate your right to use the Service, and you must return or destroy any copies made. No right, title, or interest in the Service or content transfers to you; all rights not expressly granted are reserved by Moneyscope.
By submitting content, you represent that you own or have the right to use it. You grant Moneyscope a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute it for purposes outlined in the Privacy Policy or otherwise as needed.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE, OR LIABLE TO ANY THIRD PARTY, FOR THE CONTENT OR ACCURACY OF ANY USER CONTRIBUTIONS POSTED BY YOU OR ANY OTHER USER OF THE WEBSITE.

Moneyscope may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
Termination
If you violate the Terms, your permission to use the Services automatically terminates. We may terminate or suspend your account and access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.
All provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS ON OUR LIABILITY IN THIS SECTION APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND. MONEYSCOPE CANNOT GUARANTEE CONTINUOUS OPERATION OR ACCESS, AND THERE MAY BE TECHNICAL OR FACTUAL ERRORS OR INACCURACIES.
No Warranties
MONEYSCOPE DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE-OF-DEALING, USAGE, OR TRADE. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK FOR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM USE OF THE SERVICES.

Limitation on Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MONEYSCOPE AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND REPRESENTATIVES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE. MONEYSCOPE’S CUMULATIVE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR APPLICABLE SERVICES IN THE LAST TWELVE MONTHS, IF ANY, AND US $100.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Moneyscope, our affiliates, licensors, service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising from your violation of these Terms or use of the Service, including User Contributions, unauthorized use of content, breach of representations or warranties, violation of third-party rights, or harmful acts toward another user.
We reserve the right, at your expense, to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter you must indemnify, and you agree to cooperate at your expense. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you upon becoming aware of a covered claim, action, or proceeding.
Modification of Terms
We may revise and update these Terms at our sole discretion. Changes become effective immediately upon posting and apply to future access and use. Changes to dispute resolution provisions will not apply retroactively to disputes for which the parties had notice before posting.
Continued use after revised Terms are posted signifies acceptance. Please periodically review this page to stay informed.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
All matters relating to the Service and these Terms, including non-contractual disputes or claims, are governed by the internal laws of the Republic of Armenia without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Any legal suit, action, or proceeding must be brought exclusively in the courts of the Republic of Armenia in Yerevan, although we may bring an action against you for breach in your country of residence or another relevant country. You waive objections to jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
Modification of the Services
Moneyscope may modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, some or all Services at any time without notice or further obligation. Moneyscope will not be liable to you or a third-party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance.
Entire Agreement
These Terms together with our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Moneyscope regarding use of the Service and supersede prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals.
If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. No waiver is a continuing waiver, and Moneyscope’s failure to assert a right or provision is not a waiver.
